Severe Weather Policy

At Keen’s Sweet Treats, your safety (and mine!) always comes first—especially during Wisconsin’s winter weather. Snowstorms, icy roads, and poor driving conditions are part of life here, and this policy helps ensure clear communication and fair solutions for everyone.

Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable, including weather-related situations. However:

• If unsafe weather prevents pickup on the scheduled date, your cookies will be safely frozen at no extra charge.
   
• You may reschedule your pickup once roads and travel conditions are safe.
   
• Properly frozen cookies stay just as delicious and beautiful, and you’ll receive care instructions for best results.
   

Your order will never be lost due to weather—we’ll simply pause it until you’re ready!

Class tickets are also non-refundable, including in cases of winter weather. However:

• If you are unable to attend due to hazardous conditions, you will receive class credit to use toward a future class of your choosing.
   
• If Keen’s Sweet Treats needs to cancel a class due to weather, you will be given the option of:
   
  • Transferring your spot to a future class or
     
  • Receiving full class credit.
     

Your safety always comes first—cookies are fun, but not worth risking your life over icy roads. 💕

• Any weather-related delays, reschedules, or cancellations will be communicated via:
   
  • Social media- They will be shared here first so please follow me and watch for updates.
     
  • Email and text (when applicable)
     
• Decisions are typically made 12-36 hours before the scheduled event, when possible.
