1. Services & Orders

All cookies, baked goods, and classes are custom-made per order.
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at any time.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Payment & Cancellations

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of order.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or supply shortages). In this case, you will receive a full refund.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Keen’s Sweet Treats LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or use our content, images, or designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Custom cookie designs may not be resold, copied, or distributed without permission.

4. Liability

Keen’s Sweet Treats LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary issues. Customers must review ingredient information prior to ordering.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, shipping carriers, supply issues).

Return and Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Keen’s Sweet Treats LLC, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because our cookies and classes are custom and made-to-order, we have the following policies in place:

Custom Orders

A non-refundable payment. is due at the time of booking in order to secure your date on the calendar.
The balance must be paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to pickup may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding 50% of your order total).
Orders canceled less than 10 days before pickup are non-refundable.

Cookie Classes & Events

Tickets for classes are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to see if a future class transfer is possible (subject to availability).
In the event Keen’s Sweet Treats LLC must cancel a class (due to weather, illness, or emergencies), guests will be offered a credit towards a future class.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to pick up your order or attend a class without prior communication, no refund or credit will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
