Cancellation Policy:

You understand that as soon as an order is placed, things are put in place to immediately start working on your order.  Because of this, we do not offer any refunds once the order has been placed, and we have a strict no cancellation policy.  If I can and proper notice has been given, I will accomodate rescheduling, however, if the cookies have already been baked and prepared, then the order is to be picked up or delivered on the original confirmed delivery date.
